JOB DESCRIPTION To provide input for overall planning and monitor the implementation of the Safety & Health and Environmental Management System for assigned project. Perform workplace inspection in reviewing the effectiveness and efficiency of the programmes implemented to reduces the accident/incident, unsafe act/unsafe condition at the site. Comply and review the requirement of the Project QHSE plan. Work closely with relevant authorities, such as Department Occupational safety and Health (DOSH), and Environment on matters related to HSE. Ensure Site Safety Supervisor carry out regular safety visit, audit and inspection. Ensure all the machinery policies, procedure and instructions are comply with JKKP regulations. Other tasks as assigned by the superior from time to time. JOB REQUIREMENT Registered with DOSH as a Qualified Safety & Health Officer with a valid Green Book. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Environmental / Health / Safety) or equivalent. At least 5 years of working experience in the related to the occupational safety and health field. Good site practices, and knowledge with HSE, Reporting, Time Management, Writing and Communication Skills. Able to work with minimum supervision and able to meet deadlines. Possess good planning and supervision skills.
