  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Position: Customer Support/Translator (Mandarin/Cantonese & English)
Location: Cyberjaya
Salary:

  • Basic Salary: RM4,000 – RM5,000
  • Transportation Allowance: RM500/month (pro-rated based on working days)
  • Night Shift Allowance: RM25 per night (~RM550 for 22 working days)
  • Total Salary (all-inclusive): RM5,000 – RM6,000+
  • Joining Bonus: RM1,000 (effective immediately)

Working Hours:

  • 24/7 Rotational Shifts
  • Working Days: Monday to Friday (Saturday & Sunday off)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer support and translation services in Mandarin/Cantonese and English.
  • Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and deliver professional communication to customers.

Requirements:

  • Open to SPM/Diploma holders with 0–5 years of experience.
  • Fluent in Mandarin/Cantonese and English (B2/C1 proficiency) – Mandatory tests required.
  • Fresh graduates and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.
