Job Responsibilities:
For Administration:
- Organize and coordinate project meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and minute-taking.
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and budgets, providing regular updates to the project team.
- Maintain and organize project documentation, including contracts, reports, and correspondence.
- Serve as a liaison between project teams, contractors, and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Foundational knowledge in your chosen specialization (Administration).
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Proficiency in relevant software (Microsoft Office for Administration).
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
