Job Responsibilities:
- Liaise with sales personnel and project engineers to track and update project statuses.
- Attend to customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information regarding projects, deliveries, and services.
- Act as a point of contact between internal teams and customers to ensure smooth communication and project execution.
- Maintain accurate records of project documentation and ensure proper filing for easy access.
- Prepare and issue Delivery Orders, invoices, and other relevant project documents.
Job Requirements:
- Possess at least SPM or a Diploma in relevant field.
- Prior experiences in project management is preferred.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply too.
