Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement human resources policies and procedures
- Administer employee discipline processes
- Review and update employee rules and regulations
- Maintain knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting HR functions
- Investigate employee relations issues & work to ensure human resources related decisions are consistent and fair
- Monitor attendance for office, ensuring timely submission, accuracy, and filing
- Monitor preparation for EPF, SOCSO and other statutory contributions.
- Oversee coordination of annual appraisal and salary review
- To abide and comply with company’s SOP and any other instruction that may be issued from time to time pertinent to duties and responsibilities
- Evaluate the need for employee training and development
- Develop and oversee a recruitment process
- Preparing Contract for Service or Offer Letter to the selected candidate
- Ensure compensation and benefits are in line with company policies and legislation
- Facilitate job analysis and update job descriptions
- Developing, reviewing, and improving human resource systems, policies, and procedures
- Handling of foreign worker management as work permits, and employment passes for foreign workers
- Ensuring compliance with immigration laws and company policies
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
