Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain office supplies, purchasing process and handle general errands such as banking, postal services and purchasing materials.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Create and maintain filing systems, both physical and digital, for efficient document retrieval.
- Answer phone calls, manage emails, and respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and other administrative documents.
- Assist with event planning and coordination, including booking venues and arranging catering.
- Provide support to other departments as needed, including data entry and project management.
- Safely operate company vehicles for transportation of personnel and goods.
- Ensure vehicles are clean, well-maintained, and meet all legal requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and other vehicle-related expenses.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies regarding driving.
- Be available for travel as required, including occasional out-of-town trips.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience, with a focus on office management, coordination and sales support.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Experience in using Microsoft Office and other office software.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
