Responsibilities:

Assisting the team in completing client's account-related tasks like billing and reporting that typically includes-

  • Management Reporting: Provide financial reports to the management.
  • Recording Transactions: Maintain and update accurate records of all financial transactions in the company's accounting system.
  • Accounts Payable/Receivable: Manage and oversee the timely processing of payables and receivables, including invoicing, billing, and collection.
  • General Ledger Maintenance: Ensure that the general ledger accounts are up-to-date and reconcile discrepancies when necessary.
  • Tax Filing: Ensure timely preparation and submission of indirect tax returns.
  • Audit Support: Provide necessary documentation and support during audits or external reviews.

Requirements:

  • Highly motivated, results oriented and capable to troubleshoot and resolve work problems effectively.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills and a team player
  • High integrity and excellent work ethics, with strong sense of responsibility, commitment and discipline
  • Those with at least 1-2 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply
  • Fresh graduates are welcome
  • Proficiency in accounting software(s) and microsoft office an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,800.00 per month
