About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to provide essential support to our sales team. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our sales processes, from order processing to customer communication. Responsibilities:
- Sales Order Processing:
- Receive and process sales orders accurately and efficiently.
- Verify customer information and order details.
- Input orders into the company's CRM or order management system.
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Customer Support:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Provide information about products, pricing, and order status.
- Resolve customer issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate team member.
- Administrative Support:
- Prepare sales reports and presentations.
- Maintain sales records and databases.
- Manage sales-related documentation, such as contracts and proposals.
- Assist with inventory management and tracking.
- Coordinate with other departments, such as shipping and accounting.
Qualifications:
- Experience:
- 1-2 years of experience in a sales support or administrative role
- Skills:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
