Position: Personal Assistant cum Admin
Salary: RM1,700 + Free Meal + Mileage Claim
Working Days: Tuesday - Saturday (Offdays on Sunday & Monday)
Working Hours: 9.00AM - 5.00PM
Location: Jalan Anggerik Vanilla, BE 31/BE, Kota Kemuning, Seksyen 31, 40460 Shah Alam, Selangor
Job Description:
1) Management of accounting and financial records.
2) Safekeeping of company information and transactions.
3) Preparing official correspondence and emails involving KDHH.
4) Preparing reports and budget/expense projections for KDHH.
5) Preparing reports on the usage of company assets and business as needed.
6) Managing the tax matters for the company and KDHH business.
7) Handling activities involving third parties interacting with KDHH.
8) Responding to online inquiries as needed.
9) Performing other tasks assigned and deemed reasonable within the scope of the position offered.
10) Collaborating with the Marketing Team and Marketing Director on any requirements needed by the Marketing team.
11) Personal assistant to Dr. Hasseenah.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
Education:
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)
