- Manage and follow up on online registration processes.
- Issue and prepare payment vouchers, invoices, purchase orders, quotations, and delivery orders.
- Coordinate logistics and handle related arrangements.
- Perform filing and document organization tasks.
- Provide general administrative support to the team.
- Minimum qualification: SPM or equivalent.
- Good computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, etc.).
- Knowledge of SQL accounting software is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
