  • Issue and prepare payment vouchers, invoices, purchase orders, quotations, and delivery orders.
  • Coordinate logistics and handle related arrangements.
  • Perform filing and document organization tasks.
  • Provide general administrative support to the team.
  • Minimum qualification: SPM or equivalent.
  • Good computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, etc.).
  • Knowledge of SQL accounting software is an advantage.
