Job Description
- To compile a market remuneration report and make a comparison report against company benefits & an ad-hoc survey
- To record benefit data on timely manner and prepare relevant statistical data and report
- To analyze cost, number of applications etc to determine the benefits' effectiveness.
- Administer the benefits function in accordance to the Company’s policies and Standard Operating Procedure.
- To organize an awareness programme or event such as SOCSO Talk and Income Tax Awareness Talk to all employees
- Arranging necessary meetings with Government Officers and to facilitate additional documents required by Government Officers.
- Ensuring all policies & procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
- Attend to employees in all matters connected to the C&B section.
- Attend to administrative function and hoc-projects as and when required.
Qualification / Competency
- Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies or its equivalent
- Preferably with 1-year experience in HR Compensation & Benefits
- Display maturity and commands respect
- Possess good command of both spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply, as on-the-job training will be provided
