Responsibilities: • Work closely with clients to gather business requirements, analyze HR needs, and design HR software solutions to improve HR processes such as recruitment, payroll, performance management, and employee data management. • Configure, customize, and implement HR product solutions, ensuring they align with client needs and comply with local HR regulations and industry standards. • Analyze and document HR processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements through the use of HR software products. • Participate in project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress, risks, challenges, and achievements. • Perform testing (UAT, unit, regression) to ensure that HR products meet business requirements and function as expected. • Conduct training sessions for HR teams and end-users to ensure they can use HR products efficiently. Provide post-implementation support for troubleshooting and user queries. • Prepare and maintain clear and concise documentation for system configurations, customizations, business processes, and user manuals to ensure consistency and ease of use. • Develop, implement, and maintain project plans, budgets, and timelines. Ensure successful delivery of HR product projects within scope and schedule. • Collaborate with other teams to ensure that HR products are properly integrated with other business applications (e.g., ERP systems, payroll systems, talent management tools). • Stay updated with the latest trends in HR technology and product innovations, and suggest improvements to clients based on industry best practices.
