R&D Director / Manager

1. Responsible for the overall operation of the Malaysia R&D center ,establishing and leading an efficient R&D team to ensure smooth progress of R&D activities. 2. Responsible for developing and implementing the organization's innovation strategy, identifying new areas for research and development, and ensuring that R&D activities are aligned with the organization's overall goals and objectives. 3. Lead the talent development of the R&D team, be responsible for performance evaluation and motivation of the R&D team, ensuring efficient operation and continuous development of the team. 4. Responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of R&D projects, ensuring that delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards. Additionally, responsible for technical cooperation and coordination, and solving difficult technical issue. 5. Establish and optimize R&D management organizations, product development processes, and standard systems, promote the effective implementation, and enhance R&D efficiency and quality. 6. Gain deep understanding of customer needs, ensure R&D results can accurately meet market and customer expectations. Establish and maintain good relationships with customers, enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty through technical support and solutions. Additionally, closely cooperate with the manufacturing department to ensure smooth transformation of R&D results into high-quality production, and continuously support optimization and improvement of the manufacturing process.
