Site Safety Supervisor (SSS with YB)

1. Safety Monitoring and Enforcement • Conduct regular inspections to ensure site safety compliance. • Monitor employees' adherence to safety policies, procedures, and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements. • Address and rectify unsafe conditions or practices promptly. 2. Training and Awareness • Organize safety induction and training for all site personnel. • Conduct toolbox talks and refresher training sessions. • Raise awareness about potential hazards and promote a safe working environment. 3. Compliance and Documentation • Ensure the site adheres to all local and international safety regulations (e.g., OSHA, DOSH, or ISO 45001). • Maintain accurate records of safety incidents, training, inspections, and corrective actions. • Prepare and submit safety reports to management and relevant authorities. 4. Incident Management • Investigate workplace accidents and near-misses to identify root causes. • Recommend and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence. • Respond promptly to emergencies and oversee evacuation procedures when necessary. 5. Collaboration • Work closely with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure safety measures are integrated into project plans. • Liaise with government agencies during inspections and audits. *Upcoming project in Port Klang*
