MARINE SUPERINTENDENT

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Marine Superintendent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our marine vessels, ensuring that all activities are conducted in compliance with international maritime regulations and company policies. The Marine Superintendent will play a crucial role in maintaining the safety, efficiency, and environmental standards of our fleet. This position requires a deep understanding of marine engineering, navigation, and safety protocols. The successful candidate will work closely with the crew, port authorities, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Key responsibilities include conducting regular inspections, managing maintenance schedules, and providing technical support to the crew. The Marine Superintendent will also be responsible for developing and implementing safety procedures, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring that all crew members are adequately trained. This role requires excellent leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to make quick decisions in high-pressure situations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marine operations, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role. A degree in Marine Engineering or a related field is preferred. The Marine Superintendent will be based at our headquarters but will be required to travel frequently to various ports and vessels.
