Requirements: - Possess a Diploma in Information Technology / Computer Science or equivalent. - At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or related field. - Knowledge and hands-on experience in supporting and troubleshooting Windows OS desktop and Windows Server network environments, computer hardware assembly, and diagnosing basic computer, printer, and network issues. - Able to work independently with minimal supervision. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with effective communication and interpersonal skills. Job Responsibilities: Provide 1st level IT technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and in-house business applications for all user levels. - Install, service, and repair IT hardware and software. - Log, respond to, and follow up on IT incidents/requests in the IT Helpdesk System. - Fulfill IT purchase requisitions by coordinating with internal departments and suppliers. - Maintain a proper filing system for all IT records and documentations. - Keep an up-to-date inventory of IT assets, software licenses, warranties, and subscriptions.
