Job Descriptions: • To alert and attend to Management Office (MO) for any matter arises. • To manage data entry, payment, billings and all administrative support. • Manage owners concerns and complaints. • Prompt billings and collections of all receivables. • Reply to incoming correspondences from owners/ solicitors/ end-financiers. • Maintain accurate property owners’ records • Manage data in spreadsheets and reports • Keep records and reports up to date • Provides direct administrative support to Management. • Be responsible for all aspects of property management to ensure life-cycle accountability of property in accordance with applicable government and company policies • Manage all audits, internal and external, to ensure continued compliance of property requirements • Prepare all relevant tenant letter and payment of rental to property owners. • Completes all financial and leasing reports • Liaising with landlords and tenants to resolve property issues • Perform any other duties as assigned and when necessary by Management. Qualification and Skills • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or equivalent. • Preferably with 1-2 years working experience in the related field but not essential. • Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy. • Simple accounting or book keeping knowledge. • Experience with the Auto-Count system is an added advantage. • Proficient with computer skills such as Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook. • The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines. • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients. • Able to coordinate with different parties from different background.
