Training Specialist Roles and Responsibility: • Design and develop and conduct quality training activities to meet the specified training objectives, contents, activities and methods in training plans to meet the identified training needs. • Identify training needs for total company and arrange appropriate training. • Evaluate training effectiveness and revamp contents and methods if needed. • Design and implement the strategic training plan to achieve training goal. • Coordinate with Operations and other departments to arrange appropriate training for better knowledge alignment to meet specific and required business needs. • Design, prepare and maintain new employees’ record, training schedule, new staff orientation and engagement program. • Prepare regular reports on training activities to management when required. • Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor to meet operational and / or other requirements. Job Requirements: • A recognized bachelor’s degree in any fields. • Well versed knowledge in semiconductor engineering will add advantages • Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in semiconductor industry as executive or engineer level. • Ability to be resilient in face of difficult situations. • Self-motivated and proficient in Microsoft Office. • Good commitment at work, good attitude, willing to learn. • Good capability in Mandarin language to translate and interpret engineering documents from counterpart in China.
