QA/QC Senior Executive

1. Establish and maintain quality control and assurance for the manufacturing process, including incoming raw materials testing, in-process testing and final inspection/finished product; 2. To supervise and manage on-line quality control process and quality management systems of goods 3. Continuous line improvement on process flow and working method 4. Participate in internal and external complaint or quality issue solving 5. Ensure the entire quality inspection systems is maintained and container inspection is in order 6. To monitor control measures and correction actions 7. Ensure all inspection, measuring and testing equipment are correctly controlled, calibrated and maintained 8. To ensure GMP, HALAL, HACCP & ISO/FSSC procedure are followed and implemented and all documents are recorded and updated 9. Maintain safe work environment by following standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations 10. Liaise with other department in any issue related to quality aspects 11. Responsible for product quality sensory evaluation to meet customer expectation 12. Assist in training and familiarizing new quality employees 13. To prepare quality documents according to regulatory standard and customer requirement 14. To assist in Halal Certification as and when required 15. To perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Superior
