*Candidates Mandarin Speaker welcome to apply and will be advantage* Attend to walk-in customers and actively engage with them to understand their requirements and provide personalized vehicle recommendations. Assist customers in making vehicle purchasing decisions by offering comparisons, upselling, and cross-selling. Understand the terminology of the automobile business and keeps abreast of changes in product technology, incoming inventory, features, accessories etc. Provide thorough product information and demonstration to all prospects. Offer test drives to all prospects. Follows dealership procedure to obtain proper identification from customer before test drive begins. Prepare sold vehicles for customer delivery (i.e., cleans vehicles, fills gas tank, and ensures all features are operational) prior to customer arrival. Helps with the used-vehicle inspection process. Submit necessary documents for the purpose of bank loan. Deliver vehicles to customers, ensuring that the customer understands the vehicle's operating features, warranty, and paperwork. Participate in sales meetings and trainings, and continuously improve selling skills and product knowledge.
