1. To Grow & Develop the Kledang Quartz Sdn Bhd brand throughout the region whilst marketing the business in-order to create an exclusive niche market and a firm international client base. 2. You will be expected to build long lasting relationships with customers and clients to promote repeat business and establish a reputation for reliability and quality of product and service with our clientele. 3. Ensuring maximum operational efficiency and effectiveness that will maximize shareholder value and growth in line with the Company's objectives. 4. Communicate with board and management teams to direct and confirm execution of company processes. 5. Work with the board and management on overall business operations of the company and execute strategic planning. 6. Monitor and establish an approved an effective vendor development program and pricing arrangements as well as keeping abreast of new technology and client demands. Establish Kledang Quartz Sdn Bhd as the go marketplace. 7. Help to analyse key operational and financial information and make recommendations on pricing and potential market size for new business opportunities 8. Developing and managing the mining customer business needs 9. Manage the day to day running of the business development and marketing arm of the company as well as keeping on top of the company's promotional and marketing efforts, such as Conferences & Trade Shows, Exhibitions and Client Entertainment events. 10. Defines the commercial strategy including internal and external partnerships with clientele. 11. Prepares and leads pre-tendering targets and providing advanced information to establish commercial strategies 12. Regional Travel and Out of Hours Working Schedules including Evenings, Weekends and some Public Holidays will be required.
