  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

DELTECH INDUSTRIES SDN BHD seeks a CNC WIRECUT & EDM SPECIALIST to help design test our planned upcoming projects with create dependable, hardworking products benefitting out company’s name. • Set up and operate CNC Wire EDM machines to cut and shape various precision parts. • Properly and safely select, align, secure, and remove holding fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, accessories, and materials onto machines. • Perform programming to setup and operate wire EDM machine. • Produce parts to specification; verify parts meet extremely tight tolerance dimensions, alignments, and specifications. • Responsible in technical specification and blueprints and use approved methods of machining in manufacturing • Perform EDM wire cut machine operations and perform machine programming • Handle basic measurement devices and CMM precision equipment • Carry out dimensional and geometric measurements • Carry out Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) policy • Be a positive influence on your co-workers and contribute to a great work environment • Make 2D and 3D wire EDM programs by using the Software • Plan and design the fixtures required to do the 5-axis CNC EDM wire • Optimization of CNC EDM wire parameters to achieve the highest speed and reduction of surface defects • Plan and execute preventive maintenance of the machines available at CNC EDM wire department. • Estimation of CNC EDM wire timing and pass to the sales department to prepare the quotations • Take a set of drawings and prepare, setup and operate the Wire EDM machines to make the parts. • Interpolate the WIRE EDM cutting path and profile to achieve the best possible surface finish and accuracy in taper angle wire EDM. • Operates and knowledge in network server, carry out working environmental clean practices.
