Scrum Master

Responsibilities: • Fulfil the Dynamics Product Management Product Lead/ Scrum Master role leading the development team through development iterations providing coaching, support, and roadblock resolution. • Manage the product backlog coordinating the prioritization, estimation, and allocation of user stories to iterations and releases in line with required delivery expectations for projects, minor changes, upgrades, and incidents. • Be the solution development process owner ensuring alignment between internal development teams and business expectations. • Lead the planning and execution of product releases to achieve timely delivery of features and meet business objectives. • Manage the execution and delivery of the release cycle taking responsibility for managing the release through user acceptance testing, defect remediation, retesting, change approval and production release. • Work with product owners and project managers to provide them release notes and briefings to ensure their users are fully aware of any changes impacting them in the release. • Ensure that development activities are carried out according to IT development standards and governance and application lifecycle management principles. • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the agile team performance, inform data-driven decisions, and guide future development/process. Requirements: • Relevant experience in leading development activity in an Agile environment. • Excellent verbal and written communications skills • Strong planning and delivery management skills within a project or program environment. • Knowledge of fundamental ALM principles and practices. • Good people management skills • Strong influencing and facilitation skills – conduct planning sessions, standups, review meetings, retrospectives • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills – ability to collate, order and process data to deliver information, and identify trends and inconsistencies. • Ability to work in a fast-moving environment with rapidly evolving targets, and to prioritize accordingly. • Tracking and reporting progress of Releases and different phases of projects • Acting as a liaison between stakeholders and teams to ensure alignment on goals, priorities, and timelines. Tools / Technologies/ Certifications • Knowledge of Azure DevOps or similar development tools like Jira, GitLab, GitHub, Jenkins. • Experienced in using standard Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoints, SharePoint, and MS Project Online. • Good to have CSM / PSM / Agile certifications. • Good to have ERP knowledge
