ME Technician

1. Debugging PACK production line equipment and preparing departmental budget. 2. Establishing and improving equipment management and maintenance systems, ensuring the formation, accumulation, organization, and archiving of technical documentation for the equipment 3. Assisting procurement in completing the purchasing of spare parts based on actual site conditions and establishing a safety stock. 4. Responsible for the maintenance management of PACK production line equipment, including daily maintenance, lubrication checks, and spare parts management. 5. Operation, maintenance, debugging, and troubleshooting of automation equipment and automated production lines. 6. Management of production equipment. 7. Daily maintenance and upkeep of PACK production line equipment, handling exceptions, and repairs. 8. Responsible for improving production equipment to enhance efficiency and quality, including equipment, tools, and instruments. Requirements: 1. Preference will be given to candidates with Bachelor Degree or equivalent or higher with majors in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, automation, or mechatronics 2. Familiar with the working principles and production processes of equipment in the lithium battery industry, experienced in debugging robots such as KUKA, ABB, FANUC, familiar with TPM, and knowledgeable about the selection and use of conventional mechanical and electrical components 4. Good knowledge of Electronic, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering 5. Clear logical thinking, strong ability to report work, and good skills in upward communication and downward management. 6. Preferable with more than one year of experience in lithium battery equipment maintenance and equipment management # Required Mandarin Speaker
