Full Set of Accounts - Handle full spectrum of financial accounting & full sets accounts, ensuring accuracy and 'compliance with accounting standards. Day-to-Day Operations - Responsible for day-to-day finance and accounts operations. Cash Flows Forecast and Budgeting - Perform cash flow forecasting, budgeting, costing and analyse margins, 'variances and cost analysis. Taxation - to forecast company taxation and ensure timely submission. Monthly Financial Reporting - Provide and interpret monthly financial information and operating reports to the Management. Support the preparation of management reports, budgets, and forecasts. Financial Records & Reports - Maintain accurate financial records and prepare comprehensive financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Internal & External Liaison - Collaborate with internal teams and external parties in various accounting activities. Interact with auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, bankers and regulators to ensure timely submission of statutory 'audits and tax filings. Audit - To maintain year end account closing, finalise of account and update audit schedule. Year-End Audit and Tax - Participate in the year-end audit and tax process. Liaise with external auditors and 'tax agents as needed. Consolidation - Perform group consolidation during month-end-closing and prepare reports for management. Ad-Hoc Tasks - Assist with any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the superior or management.
