• Administer paediatric occupational therapy to children in a clinic setting, and occasionally in schools or EIP center if needed. • Conduct in-depth evaluations which include both standardized testing and structured clinical observations, followed by scoring and clinical interpretation and then prepare detailed assessment report for each evaluation with supervision. • Determine areas of concern, identify goals, and develop treatment plans for clients with supervision. • Maintain thorough, up-to-date treatment notes on each client. • Develop appropriate home programs for clients when applicable, demonstrating developmental strategies for perceptual, motor and sensory improvement. • Demonstrate positive interaction with co-workers, clients and families, treating all with respect and responsiveness to their needs. • Demonstrate adaptability to new people, procedures, and situations. • Listen openly and apply suggestions made by director. • Attend team meetings, with the opportunity to occasionally lead a portion of the training. • Exhibit knowledge of health and safety for the children and yourself. • Provide service ethically and high-quality job performance. • Arrive to work promptly and demonstrate good time management skills. • Identify own continuing education needs, and pursue continuing education courses. • Perform related additional duties as assigned ( Sanitize toy and toy inventory)
