Senior Specialist Digitalization

Main Tasks • Requirements analysis and evaluation o Collaborate with stakeholders to capture and analyze business needs o Translate requirements to create and refine user stories and acceptance criteria • Solution design and development o Design digital solutions that meet the needs of the business by using modern design principles and methodologies o Drive implementation of high-quality solutions by configuration and enhancement of BASF digital ecosystem in close collaboration with a skilled team of experts o Apply quality assurance measures, present & explain work results and support validation process • Turn-into-Production and Support o Manage deployment of solution to production environment o Provide support for business stakeholders during cutover and hypercare • Project collaboration o Support planning and implementation of digitalization projects with functional SAP TM expertise o Live and support agile methodology (process & meetings & tools) • Continuous improvement o Identify optimization potentials in existing solutions o Conducting research, design, prototyping and other exploration activities Requirements Education • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in relevant Business/IT studies Working Experience • At least 5-8 years’ related working experience Technical & Professional Knowledge (Mandatory) • High level of functional expertise and experience in SAP TM (LE-TRA, TM 9.X or S/4 TM) • Good proficiency in English Technical & Professional Knowledge (Additional) • Knowledge in unit and integration testing • Experience working in agile with a DevOps mindset (ideally SCRUM experience) • Agile collaboration tool experience (Azure, Confluence) • Learning ability: Growth mindset, adaptability, flexibility, interest • Self-organization: Sense of responsibility, creative drive, decision-making • Passion: Entrepreneurship, empathy, perseverance, result/outcome oriented, commitment • Collaboration: Teamwork, reliability, problem-solving skills, conflict-solving skills
