Primary Duties & Responsibilities 1. Industrial Relations and Employee Relations activities including handling all matters related to disciplinary actions, employee grievances, and staff misconduct 2. To assist in the execution of Domestic Inquiry (DI) 3. To prepare disciplinary letters such as Letter of Counseling, Letter of Advise, Show Cause Letter, Warning Letters, Notice of Inquiry, and arrange panel for DI inquiries session 4. To monitor the tardiness of employees and prepare monthly absents report and tardiness reports Union Management 1. Maintain rapport with the national and worksite union committee members to ensure a harmonious work environment at all times 2. Organize bi-monthly Union Worksite Committee Meeting in MM and AG plants 3. Minutes taking for bi-monthly Union Monthly Union Worksite Committee Meeting Panel Clinic Management 1. To engage with the Panel Clinic and monitor of service, MC issuance by Panel Clinic 2. To appoint new panel clinic when required 3. Identify non-panel Medical Leave and verify the reason of visiting Non-Panel
