- The main barista duties and responsibilities :
1. Prepare drinks - You’ll have to ensure you adhere to the recipe, and also make the drink in line with the customer’s specific requirements.
2. Open and close the store - You will need to prepare the restaurant for a day’s trading, stock up the counter, and make sure tables and chairs are ready for customers. At the end of the day, you may have cleaning responsibilities and you will have to ensure that the food and drink are correctly stored.
3. Clean work areas, coffee machines, equipment, and tables - Ensuring that the Restaurant is kept clean, hygienic and presentable is one of a barista’s key responsibilities.

5. Comply with health and safety laws and guidelines.
6. Provide feedback to management.
7. Restock the displays.
8. Keep track of stock and placing orders.
The key skills a barista should have :
1. A good attention to detail .
2. Listening and communication.
3. Good customer service.
4. Professionalism and good appearance.
5. The ability to carry out multiple tasks at once .
6. The ability to work as part of a team.
7. Technical skills - you will need to have some expertise, this may not just be in making drinks, but also in specialty coffees, health and safety, and latte art.

10. Willingness to learn and improve.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
