Responsibilities: - Plan, organize and manage marketing campaigns, events, festivals and promotional activities. - Collaborate with internal teams and external partners for marketing negotiations and coordination. - Oversee the design, development and production of marketing materials such as websites, brochures and other promotional contents. - Create and manage engaging social media content and strategies to enhance brand presence. - Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. - Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance and effectiveness. - Support budgeting, invoicing and financial tracking for marketing projects. - Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field. - Proven experience in marketing or related roles. - Proficiency in Japanese (written and spoken) is required. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. - Proficient in social media management, digital marketing tools and analytics platforms. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
