  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  5. Click JavaScript.

Job Scope

  • Review and follow up on outstanding Purchase Orders (PO) with relevant stakeholders.
  • Monitor compliance between PO and invoice dates, ensuring that any exceptions are well documented
  • Verify completeness of e-invoice submissions and follow up with C2C users for resubmissions (if required) and support vendors with master data requests
  • Support payroll in validating Kronos Overtime Report by comparing Overtime Codes with systems data
  • Update Concur expense system with hardcopy documents received and maintain an updated record in the Google Drive
  • Assist with LHDN Audit and preparation of audit reports
  • Compile data and schedules for Corporate Tax Audit

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years experience with strong technical accounting knowledge in a Multinational Company setup, preferably in a FMCG setup or reputable audit firms
  • Experience in SAP will be an added advantage
  • Good communication skill
