Position Overview: The Sales Executive – Corporate Training Solutions will be instrumental in driving business growth by identifying, pursuing, and securing corporate clients. Client Acquisition and Lead Generation: o Identify and research potential corporate clients through market analysis, networking, and industry insights. o Generate leads and set up meetings with decision-makers in target organizations. 2. Relationship Management: o Develop and maintain strong relationships with HR professionals, L&D managers, and other corporate stakeholders. o Serve as a trusted advisor, understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions. 3. Customized Solution Development: o Collaborate with internal teams to align training program offerings with client requirements. o Develop and present proposals that address the specific challenges and goals of clients. 4. Sales Process Management: o Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure. o Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain a consistent pipeline of prospects. 5. Target Achievement: o Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs). 6. Market Awareness and Representation: o Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments. o Represent the company at networking events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance visibility and credibility. 7. Reporting and Documentation: o Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress in CRM systems. o Provide regular updates and reports to management on sales performance and market opportunities. Qualifications and Skills: • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory). • Experience: At least 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in corporate training, education, or related sectors. • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade diverse audiences. • Negotiation and Presentation: Strong negotiation skills with the ability to deliver compelling presentations tailored to client needs. • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and virtual meeting platforms. • Self-Motivation: Results-driven and self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving targets. • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the corporate training industry is a strong advantage.
