I. RESPONSIBILITIES Assist IT Support Engineer to upgrade, Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners. To assist in providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone). Setting up accounts for new users (Active Directory & O365). Monitoring Sophos Antivirus Alert, then solve and clean up. Monitoring Mimecast Email filter, release, or block email. Responding in a timely manner to user’s issues and requests. Perform on-the-job training for junior staff (For MS O365 features, VPN & printer) if required. II. QUALIFICATIONS Diploma in a Computer or Engineering related field or the equivalent combination of education, technical training, and related experience. Hardware and Software Problem diagnosis skill. Basic troubleshooting knowledge on windows XP, 7, 10. Repairing and replacing equipment skill (Computer Standard equipment). Basic Understanding of Microsoft O365. Basic Understanding of Active Directory. Basic Understanding of Windows 10. Basic Understanding of TCP/IP networking. Technical knowledge of network and PC hardware, including Dell and HP. Hands-on hardware troubleshooting experience. Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Possess own transport and willing to travel as and required.
