Perform general duties relating to purchase, such as preparing and printing of documents, enter stock details into stock system, prepare stickers for new arrived products, snap product photos, etc., for the purpose to complete part of the process of purchase in a timely and efficient manner. Answer phone calls; ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation and filing. Interact with relevant personnel in an appropriate manner in order to maintain a coordinated flow of documentation and information. Participate in the training program arranged by the Company in order to develop the knowledge, skills and competencies required for work performance improvement purposes. Perform other related duties as assigned from time to time.
