GD (Golden Destinations) is a Core Brand from ICE Holidays Sdn. Bhd. Today, ICE Holidays Sdn. Bhd. is a leading Business-to-Business (B2B) Travel Wholesaler in Malaysia. Our ‘B2B Travel Wholesale’ business model is unique as we offer our partners ready-made products and packages, with advertisements and promotions support.
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team and help us expand our brand presence and drive growth.
This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales Executive at Golden Destinations by ICE HOLIDAYS Sdn Bhd's office in Malaysia.
Salary Range: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 (Excluded sales commission) (Depending on experience)
Reporting to: Head of Sales
Location Based: Wisma New Asia ( 8 ), Jalan Raja Chulan, Bukit Bintang, 50200 Kuala Lumpur, Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur
Job Summary:
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our company's products and services within Kuala Lumpur and the surrounding areas. Your key role will involve generating revenue by acquiring new customers, maintaining existing relationships, and achieving the company's sales targets. This position requires extensive client interaction, where you will need to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Additionally, you will report to the Head of Sales & Marketing, offering regular updates on sales activities, market trends, and customer feedback.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve targets and expand customer base.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities via prospecting, networking, and cold calling.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations.
- Collaborate with marketing team for promotional campaigns.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and budgets.
- Attend sales meetings, training, and conferences.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent.
- Proven successful sales experience, preferably B2B.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and in a team, self-motivated.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Minimum 3 years of related experience; tourism background will be an added advantage.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
- Willingness to relocate if required.
