"We are looking for a knowledgeable, skilled, fun & attentive candidates as our baristas! You need to be quick on your feet (literally and metaphorically) and have a polite and friendly attitude. If you enjoy talking to people and thrive in a fast-paced workplace, we’d like to meet you. Your ultimate goal will be to provide high-quality coffee & beverages to our customers! Learn/practise to prepare a wide variety of artisan coffees, teas and other drinks of the highest standard, following Kenny Hills Bakers’ prescribed recipes and presentation techniques to ensure consistent quality. 5. Have good knowledge of the menu and be able to present and describe our customers professionally. 6. Sell coffee merchandises and coffee beans by providing recommendations and suggestions to customers. Takes orders and at the same time pay attention to small details (e.g; preference of coffee blends or origins and brewing methods, type of milk). 8. Cleaning and restocking work and areas, emptying trash and sanitizing equipment and utensils. 9. Learning about brewing methods, beverage blends, preparation, and presentation techniques to improve beverage quality. 10. Working as part of a fun, high-energy team. 11. Adhering to all food safety regulations and quality control. 12. Maintain a safe, hygienic and presentable work environment. 13. Keen to grow and learn about artisan coffee and operations. "
