This role performs administrative accounts and office support for Rumah Insaniah Tun Dr Siti Hasmah. Primary functions include; 1. To perform Office Administration • To receive telephone calls • To handle all incoming/outgoing mail • To order stationery and office equipment • To receive payment e.g. Food & Lodging, rental from tenants and to prepare receipts. • To collect payment for laundry • To record and file staff annual leave forms • To prepare cheques and cash for bank deposits and file bank slips accordingly • To perform filing duties • To issue monthly payments to residents for jobs done at the workshop • To make payments of utility bills, EPF, SOCSO, Income Tax, etc. through online banking 2. Responsible for handling the full set of accounts • To receive invoices/bills from creditors • To reconcile cash flow with bank statements monthly • To prepare cheques, data entry to the online banking system for payment after verification by the Administrator • Create a monthly report on accounts cash flow for Treasurer 3. Responsible for organizing office files and documents. • Ensure that the files are updated and kept neat and tidy at all times 4. Perform other job functions as and when assigned by the Administrator.
