Location: One South, opposite MRT station near Sungai Besi toll
Department: HR Department
Reports to: HR Officer

Role Overview:
As an Internship Admin at Godeco Services Sdn Bhd, you will support the administrative teams in daily operations, gaining hands-on experience in office management. This internship offers practical exposure to recruitment, employee engagement, and administrative tasks, providing a strong foundation for a career in the fiel.
Key Responsibilities:
Intern Admin:
- Assist in organizing and maintaining office files, records, and documentation.
- Manage and track office supplies, ensuring inventory is updated and replenished as needed.
- Support in scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and events.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls.
- Assist in maintaining company databases, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office-related needs.
- Ensure the office environment is well-organized and professional.
- Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor or management.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a diploma, degree, or equivalent program in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute.
