Job Descriptions:
1) Supervising all promoters in your assigned area and helping them to achieve the company’s objectives.
2) Ensuring our products are displayed prominently in the outlets as per Outlet Manager/Marketing directive.
3) Checking and ensuring that the monthly & daily reports and claims of the promoters in your area are correct.
4) Checking the attendance of the promoters be punctual work on time.
5) Recommending replacements for new promoters when vacancies exist.
6) Training and guiding new promoters.
7) Reporting on sales promotion, competitors’ activities and sales promoters’ performance.
8) Promoting and selling in specific outlets when required.
9) Performing any other duties as instructed by the management/Manager.
10) To ensure sales objectives are achieved.
Job Requirements:
1) SPM/Diploma, minimum 2 - 3 years’ experience in sales preferably in Consumer goods / apparel.
2) Good communication and interpersonal skills, well verse in BM, English & local dialects.
3) Organized & able to work with people of all levels.
4) Possess good working attitude, independent, able to work under pressure, multi-tasking
5) Possess own car
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
