Responsibilities:
- Prepare correspondence, reports, statements and other material, operate office equipment, answer telephones and perform clerical duties of a general nature according to established procedures.
Requirements:
- A SPM Certificate with relevant experience in a customer service environment.
- A tertiary qualification at Administration Cert. will be an advantage.
- Sound interpersonal skills.
- Honesty and integrity.
- Basic Computer literacy and Numeracy.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
