Responsibilities:

  • Prepare correspondence, reports, statements and other material, operate office equipment, answer telephones and perform clerical duties of a general nature according to established procedures.

Requirements:

  • A SPM Certificate with relevant experience in a customer service environment.
  • A tertiary qualification at Administration Cert. will be an advantage.
  • Sound interpersonal skills.
  • Honesty and integrity.
  • Basic Computer literacy and Numeracy.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
