Prepare and organize necessary documentation for various operations. 2. Ensure all documents are accurately filled and submitted in a timely manner. 3. Answer and respond to incoming phone calls promptly and professionally. 4. Direct calls to appropriate departments or personnel as needed. 5. Coordinate and follow up on cases with relevant statutory and government agencies. 6. Maintain records of communications and updates regarding case statuses. 7. Schedule and manage pick-up and delivery of important documents. 8. Ensure timely and accurate delivery to and from clients or offices. 9. Assist with filing, data entry, and other clerical tasks as needed. 10. Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency. b) Staff Requirements: 1. Previous clerical or administrative experience preferred but not required. 2. Fast learner with the ability to adapt to new tasks quickly. 3. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. 4. Good organizational skills and attention to detail. 5. Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment. 6. Proactive in assisting colleagues and contributing to group tasks. 7. Ability to work with minimal supervision and take initiative. 8. Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office). 9. A positive attitude and willingness to learn. 10. Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
