We are on the lookout for a seasoned DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our tech landscape. The Job: • Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate the build, test, and deployment processes. • Ensure the smooth integration of code changes across development, testing, and production environments. • Develop and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or similar technologies. • Automate provisioning, configuration, and deployment of infrastructure components. • Implement and manage monitoring solutions to proactively identify and resolve performance issues. • Collaborate with development teams to optimize application and system performance. • Implement and enforce security best practices in all aspects of infrastructure and deployment processes. • Collaborate with security teams to conduct regular audits and ensure compliance with industry standards. • Work closely with development, operations, and QA teams to understand their requirements and provide effective solutions. • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, providing updates on project progress and challenges. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to infrastructure, deployments, and application performance. • Provide on-call support as part of a rotation schedule. • Maintain comprehensive documentation for infrastructure configurations, processes, and troubleshooting guides. The Person: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • At least 3-5 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. • Strong proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Shell, or Ruby. • Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes. • In-depth knowledge of AWS cloud platform and possess experience working on AWS Services/Linux based infrastructure, as well as experience in provisioning and managing containerized environments such as ECS, EKS. • Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git. • Solid understanding of networking concepts and protocols. • Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) will be an added advantage. • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. • Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer or similar, are a plus. • Good command in English (written and spoken).
