Storekeeper/QC

Responsible for assisting the Operation for establishment of material planning, managing inventory accuracy, organizing, leading and controlling of all activities within the production functions. Supervise overall production processes to ensure the PMS (Performance Measurement System), capacity, quality & cost of manufacturing and objectives are being achieved. Plan and supervise production operations and ensure production schedules are met and provide daily, weekly, monthly productivity report updates. Record production down-time and raise alert if any condition requires technical assistance in maintaining continuous operations. Work closely with QA to ensure product quality requirements are compliant and improve process control during manufacturing. Carry out 5S activities on the production floor and ensure conditions are in compliance to requirements set out by management. Train and evaluate new operators by providing on job training to existing operators to assure competency of specialized personnel are fully capable for the jobs. Perform any ad-hoc action assigned by the Management Seek approval for any procedural changes. Prepare a monthly overtime summary record and submit it to the Operation Leader.
