Job Description
- Prepare the accounts, targets and budgets.
- Prepare and post receipts, invoices, employee claims and other standard bookkeeping tasks.
- Aligning with customers for payments.
- Make sure records and documents are updated.
- Maintain employees payroll.
- Take clear messages and communicate effectively with customers, clients, team members, and management.
- Manage schedules for appointments and deadlines.
- Sourcing and finding prospective employee candidates.
- Maintaining employees timetable.
What we are looking for:
- Fresh graduates in similar accounting, finance and other relevant fields.
- Able to speak mandarin would be an added advantage.
- Deadline, detail-oriented and well-organized.
- Can work well individually and in a team.
- Desire to contribute and positively impact society.
