• As a key member of the Finance team, incumbent will manage accounts payable functions, ensuring that all payments and records are processed accurately and on time • Process vendor invoices, verify accuracy, and ensure proper documentation. • Prepare payment vouchers and process payments in accordance with company policies and procedures. • Monitor and reconcile accounts payable transactions to maintain up-to-date records. • Coordinate with vendors and internal departments to resolve any discrepancies. • Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly financial reports related to accounts payable. • Maintain an organized filing system for invoices, receipts, and payment records. • Support audits by providing necessary accounts payable documentation. • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, company policies, and audit requirements.
