1. Financial Management: Oversee the day-to-day financial operations of the company. Ensure timely and accurate processing of financial transactions. Maintain general ledger accounts and reconcile discrepancies. 2. Accounts Payable: Process and manage vendor invoices and payments. Verify the accuracy of invoices and ensure proper approvals. Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies. 3. Accounts Receivable: Generate customer invoices and statements. Monitor and follow up on outstanding customer balances. Generate reports for management and stakeholders. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations. 5. Audit Support: Collaborate with internal and external auditors during audits. Provide necessary documentation and explanations as required. 6. Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure adequate funds for operational needs. Prepare cash flow forecasts. 7. Software Proficiency: Utilize accounting software for data entry, reconciliation, and reporting. Stay updated on the latest features and improvements in accounting software. 8. Ad-Hoc Task: Supply administrative support to accounts and finance department by performing clerical tasks such as filing, handling mail, making phone calls, replying to emails and basic bookkeeping. Liaise with banker. Comply with local, state and federal government. Any ad hoc task as assigned by superior or management. Job Requirement: The candidate must possess at least a Professional Diploma, Degree in Accountancy / Finance or equivalent. At least 1 - 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required. Highly analytical, organized, and excellent time management. Willing to learn & positive attitude. High integrity, committed and able to work with minimum supervision. Excellent communication skills with good proficiency in written and spoken English. Able to start work immediately is an advantage.
