FACILITIES ASSISTANT - BUILDING MAINTENANCE

• Perform maintenance of electrical systems (replace light bulbs and sockets, clean and repair circuit breaker panels etc.) • Check on main incoming water supply and water pumps. • Perform maintenance repairs and services • To do daily technical inspection rounds and checks on the proper functioning of installations • Maintain plumbing systems to ensure functionality • Highlight on any other matters that need future upgrading work • Inspect buildings, equipment, and systems to identify any issues. • Develop and implement preventative maintenance procedures. • Plan and schedule repairs daily • Conduct periodic quality checks on equipment and systems to ensure everything is up to standard. • Perform general maintenance tasks including painting, and carpentry. • Maintain the inventory records for equipment and supplies. • Assist in monitoring all work being performed by outside contractors. • Perform general landscaping maintenance, repairs, and routine building inspection to identify problems • Monitoring pest control • Replace broken fixtures and hardware • Assist with painting , repairing and plastering wall of needed • Maintain clean and safe workplace • Order supplies and material needed for repair and maintenance • To check and maintain all Aircond and top up gas if needed. • Performing other related duties as assigned Requirement: SKM 1, 2 & 3.
