Internship I.T / HYBRID DEVELOPER

Technical Support:

• Assist in diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
• Provide technical support to employees, ensuring minimal downtime .

System Maintenance:

• Perform routine maintenance and updates on IT systems and devices.
• Ensure antivirus, software, and operating systems are up-to-date.
• Creating and Maintaining APIs to facilitate communication between different parts of the application and external services

Back-End Development & Front-End Integration :

• Designing and implementing server-side logic and database interaction to ensure seamless functionality of web application.
• Collaborating with front-end developers to intergrate user-facing elements with server-side logic for a cohesive user retrieval.

IT Projects:

• Collaborate on IT projects, such as system upgrades, deployments, and migrations.
• Participate in testing and implementing new applications or tools.

Documentation:

• Maintain accurate records of IT assets and inventory.
• Update user manuals and IT support documentation.

Learning Opportunities:

• Gain exposure to cybersecurity, data management, and cloud-based solutions.
• Attend team meetings and contribute ideas to enhance IT processes.

Requirement :

• Currently pursuing a degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of IT systems, hardware, and software.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and common operating systems.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Able to multi-task

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM700.00 - RM800.00 per month
