  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.

he IT Support Specialist is responsible for providing technical assistance and support for hardware, software, and network-related issues. This role ensures the smooth operation of IT systems, resolves user issues promptly, and maintains high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Support
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues for end-users.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, applications, and peripherals.
  • Assist in system upgrades, patches, and regular maintenance.
  • Help Desk Operations
  • Serve as the first point of contact for IT-related inquiries via email, phone, or ticketing systems.
  • Document, track, and monitor issues to ensure timely resolution.
  • Escalate complex problems to higher-level IT staff when necessary.
  • Network and Security
  • Monitor network performance and connectivity.
  • Assist with maintaining IT security protocols and best practices.
  • Support user account management, including password resets and access provisioning.
  • User Training and Support
  • Provide basic training to staff on new systems, software, and hardware.
  • Create and maintain user guides and technical documentation.
  • Inventory and Asset Management
  • Maintain an inventory of IT equipment and ensure proper asset tracking.
  • Coordinate repairs and replacements of faulty hardware.
  • Continuous Improvement
  • Stay updated on the latest technology trends and tools.
  • Propose solutions for system improvements and operational efficiency

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: RM500.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
