Job Overview:
We are looking for a creative and dynamic Digital Marketing Executive to manage and enhance the online presence of our petrol stations and automatic car wash business. The role focuses on creating and implementing digital strategies to attract customers, increase service usage, and build brand loyalty. The ideal candidate will have expertise in content creation, social media management, and data-driven marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Digital Marketing Strategy Development:
- Design and execute tailored digital marketing strategies for petrol stations and car wash services.
- Identify target audiences and create campaigns to drive customer engagement and sales.
- Develop marketing plans aligned with seasonal trends and business objectives.
2. Social Media Management:
- Manage social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, and Google Business Profile) to promote services and offers.
- Create and schedule engaging posts, ads, and videos to attract and retain customers.
- Monitor and respond to comments, reviews, and messages promptly.
3. Content Creation:
- Develop high-quality content for websites, blogs, email newsletters, and promotional campaigns.
- Highlight unique services, such as fuel offers, car wash memberships, and loyalty programs.
- Use visuals, including before-and-after car wash images, to enhance customer appeal.
4. SEO and Website Management:
- Optimize websites for local search terms such as "nearest petrol station" or "automatic car wash near me."
- Ensure websites are user-friendly, updated, and reflect current promotions and services.
- Leverage Google My Business and other local SEO tools to improve visibility.
5. Paid Advertising Campaigns:
- Plan and manage PPC campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other platforms.
- Optimize ad targeting, keywords, and budgets to maximize ROI.
- Track campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments.
6. Customer Retention and Loyalty:
- Promote and manage loyalty programs, ensuring consistent customer participation.
- Send targeted email or SMS campaigns featuring discounts, reminders, and exclusive offers.
- Engage customers through personalized marketing efforts.
7. Analytics and Reporting:
- Use tools like Google Analytics and social media insights to monitor campaign performance.
- Generate monthly reports highlighting key metrics and suggesting improvements.
- Analyze customer behavior to refine marketing strategies.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in retail, automotive, or service sectors.
- Proven expertise in managing social media, SEO, PPC campaigns, and email marketing.
- Familiarity with digital tools like Google Ads, Canva, Mailchimp, and analytics platforms.
- Basic graphic design and video editing skills are an advantage.
